The souffle can be served. When the blintzes are done remove from the caddy remove the top lid unstack them. Pour over frozen blintzes.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Lay out blintzes in pan alternating cheese and fruit so that in any direction a cheese blintz will be adjacent to a fruit blintz. Uncover dish and bake for 45 to 55 minutes or until souffle is puffed and golden brown.
